Microwave Almond & Coconut Laddu In 5 Minutes | Easy Bhog Recipe for Indian Festivals | Sweet Recipe
1 cup desiccated coconut + 1/4 cup extra
1/2 cup almond powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 milk powder
1 tbsp ghee
3 tbsp milk & few saffron strands (Optional)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
In a microwavable bowl, add desiccated coconut and almond powder. Mix well. Microwave for 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds until evenly and lightly toasted.
Stir again, add sugar, milk powder, ghee, milk & saffron strands mixture.
Mix well, microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every 60 seconds until soft dough forms.
Add cardamom powder and mix well, now grease the palm with little ghee.
Take some mixture and make round balls, to form a laddu.
Repeat the same with rest of the mixture and coat the laddu with some desiccated coconut.
Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
