Melt In Your Mouth Instant Barfi Recipe in 5 Minutes | No Cooking and No Mawa | Homemade Burfi
5 tbsp milk
Few saffron strands
2½ cup milk powder
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp ghee
¼ tsp cardamom powder
4 tbsp roasted pistachios (chopped)
Add 2 tbsp of warm milk in a small cup, add saffron strands, keep that aside for soaking.
In a large microwave bowl, add in the milk powder, sugar, ghee, cardamom powder, and mix.
Now add saffron milk, and mix well.
Then add 3 tbsp of regular milk and mix well.
Microwave the milk powder mixture for 1 minute or until sugar dissolves. (Do not overcook).
Mix well, making sure everything is combined well.
Grease a container or try with some ghee, sprinkle pistachios.
Transfer the prepared milk powder mixture into the greased container.
Spread evenly and press slightly.
Now unmould and cut into pieces.
