Masala Roasted Mushrooms (Airfryer Recipe)
Servings: 2 to 3
Ingredients:
250 g button mushrooms (cleaned, halved if large)
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon chilli powder (adjust to taste)
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon minced ginger-garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon oil
Method:
In a bowl, add mushrooms.
Sprinkle garam masala, chilli powder, pepper, and salt.
Add cornstarch, ginger-garlic, lemon juice, and oil.
Mix gently until the mushrooms are well-coated.
Preheat the airfryer to 180°C (350°F).
Transfer the mushrooms to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Roast at 180°C for 12-15 minutes or until golden and slightly crisp.
Shake once halfway.
Tip: Serve hot as a snack or side dish with green chutney or lemon wedges.
