Christmas Truffle Recipe | Microwave Chocolate & Orange Truffles | No Cooking & No Baking Truffles
Ingredients: 400g cake ( I used chocolate & orange cake)
1 tbsp + 1 tsp melted butter
150g white chocolate
Red gel colour (Optional)
Cut and crumble the cake in the food processor and then transfer to the large bowl.
Check the cake crumble, if the cake crumbles dry then add 1 tsp of melted butter.
Mix well and then roll into balls and freeze for 60 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in the microwave-safe bowl 30- 60 seconds.
Add 1 tbsp butter and mix until smooth, then add colour and combine well.
Insert the toothpick to the cake ball and dip into the chocolate, tap to remove the excess, then place them onto the parchment paper.
Now sprinkle some sprinkles and let them harden completely.
