10 Minutes Keto Burfi | Microwave Sugar-Free Keto Barfi


  • 1 cup coconut powder 

  • 1 cup almond flour  

  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup erythritol sugar /erythrit  

  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder 

  • 2 tbsp ghee 

  • 4 tbsp coconut milk 

  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds for garnish   


  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add coconut powder, almond flour and mix well. 

  2. Microwave the mixture for 2 minutes and mix it again. (Stir in-between if necessary). 

  3. Next add in the erythritol, cardamom powder and stir, then add ghee, coconut milk. 

  4. Mix everything well without any lumps.   

  5. Microwave for 3 minutes and don't forget to stir in-between. 

  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased pan and spread evenly.  

  7. Garnish with chopped almonds and press gently with a spatula.  

  8. Let burfi set for 5 minutes; once it sets, cut them into the desired shape.  

  9. Store in an airtight container for 5 days or in a refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
