3 Ingredients Eggless Chocolate Mousse Dessert
300 g chocolate
300 ml whipping cream, plus extra whipped cream to serve
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tbsp water
Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl, microwave for 50 to 60 seconds and whisk.
In a separate bowl, mix cocoa powder and water.
Keep that aside. Whip the cream until thick and divide.
Mix cocoa paste and chocolate.
Add cocoa paste and chocolate to a three-fourths cup of whipped cream.
Mix well, fill the glasses with chocolate mousses and one-quarter portion of whipped cream.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Top with extra whipped cream & serve.
