Frozen Banana White Chocolate Bites

1 ripe but firm banana
60 g white chocolate, chopped
Sprinkles or pistachio
Peel and cut the banana and freeze for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in the microwave-safe bowl for 2 minutes or until melted. (Check it every 30 seconds).
Once the chocolate is melted, stir until smooth.
Pour the chocolate into a glass.
Roll each banana piece in the chocolate using a fork.
Place the banana on cling foil or parchment paper.
Immediately sprinkle with topping.
Freeze until the chocolate until set and serve.
