Frozen Banana White Chocolate Bites

Servings - 2  


  • 1 ripe but firm banana 

  • 60 g white chocolate, chopped 

  • Sprinkles or pistachio   


  1. Peel and cut the banana and freeze for 15 minutes. 

  2. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in the microwave-safe bowl for 2 minutes or until melted. (Check it every 30 seconds). 

  3. Once the chocolate is melted, stir until smooth. 

  4. Pour the chocolate into a glass.  

  5. Roll each banana piece in the chocolate using a fork. 

  6. Place the banana on cling foil or parchment paper. 

  7. Immediately sprinkle with topping. 

  8. Freeze until the chocolate until set and serve.
