Vanilla Cake | Simple Birthday Cake Decoration
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
120g butter, at room temperature
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk
In a bowl whisk, together with the flour &baking powder. Keep that aside.
Beat the butter until soft and creamy, add sugar and beat that until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and beat, add vanilla and milk beat until combined.
Pour the batter into a prepared pan (Any shape pan). Even out the batter and tap.
Bake180°C for 20-25 minutes or a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
Remove the parchment or wax paper.
Let the cake cool down completely before frosting or decorating.
