White Chocolate Blondie | The Best Blondie Recipe

150g white chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
200g all-purpose flour
A pinch of salt
1 tsp baking soda
Preheat the oven to 175 C.
Line the baking dish with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate and butter.
Microwave the chocolate and butter for 1 to 2 minutes.
Whisk the chocolate and butter, let it cool down.
Add eggs and whisk well, then add vanilla extract and whisk.
Add the flour, salt, baking soda, and sugar to a medium bowl, then whisk together and set aside.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the dry Ingredients and combine well.
Transfer the dough to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake for about 25 - 30 minutes.
Let the blondie cool in the pan before removing and cutting.
