White Chocolate Blondie | The Best Blondie Recipe

  • 150g white chocolate   

  • 100g butter 

  • 3 eggs 

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

  • 200g all-purpose flour  

  • A pinch of salt 

  • 1 tsp baking soda 

  • 100g sugar   


  1. Preheat the oven to 175 C.  

  2. Line the baking dish with parchment paper.

  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate and butter. 

  4. Microwave the chocolate and butter for 1 to 2 minutes.  

  5. Whisk the chocolate and butter, let it cool down. 

  6. Add eggs and whisk well, then add vanilla extract and whisk. 

  7. Add the flour, salt, baking soda, and sugar to a medium bowl, then whisk together and set aside. 

  8. Pour the chocolate mixture into the dry Ingredients and combine well.  

  9. Transfer the dough to a baking dish and spread it evenly.  

  10. Bake for about 25 - 30 minutes.  

  11. Let the blondie cool in the pan before removing and cutting.
