SAUCEPAN Chocolate Fudge Cake - 2 Ingredient Chocolate Cake - No Oven No Bake No Flour

For baking the cake:
Microwave the chocolate for 1 minute and let that cool down.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, add egg whites and whisk/beat until frothy.
Next, add egg yolks one at a time to the cooled chocolate and whisk.
Now, fold the egg white and chocolate mixture together.
Grease the saucepan with butter and line with parchment paper.
Grease the parchment paper with butter.
Pour the prepared cake batter and spread evenly.
Preheat the thick bottom pan and reduce the heat.
Place the saucepan onto preheated pan and cover.
Bake/cook the cake on very low flame for at least 30 minutes, or cook until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely, and remove the butter paper.
Cut the cake and enjoy.
