Valentine's Day Heart Cake | Mirror Glaze Valentine's Day Cake Without Gelatin

For the Mousse:  

  • 300 ml milk 

  • 1 tbsp Agar Agar 

  • 400g white chocolate 

  • 300 ml whipping cream  

  • Cake (use any shape and flavour).  


  1. Heat the milk and dissolve Agar Agar and chocolate; keep that aside (Don't boil). 

  2. Pour one cup of whipping cream into the bowl and beat until it holds stiff peaks. 

  3. Fold together the chocolate mixture and whipped cream. (Make sure chocolate mixture is at room temperature). 

  4. Then fill half of the mousse in the pan. (Use springform pan). 

  5. Place the cake upside down (I used a heart-shaped vanilla cake).

  6. Fill the remaining mousse and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours or until set.    

For the Glaze:  

  • 200g sugar 

  • 200 ml water 

  • 400g condensed milk 

  • 1 tbsp Agar Agar 

  • 400g white chocolate 

  • Red food colouring  


  1. Boil together water, sugar, Agar-Agar and condensed milk.  

  2. Now add white chocolate and melt. 

  3. Filter and add red colouring; blend well. 

  4. Pour the glaze onto the cake and let the cake set.
