3 Ingredients GLUTEN FREE Sandwich Cake | Nutella Cake


  • 500g Nutella

  • 4 eggs

  • Hazelnuts to decorate


  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Line a cake pan with baking paper and set it aside.

  2. Place eggs into the mixing bowl and beat on high speed until the mixture triples in volume. This will take 5-7 minutes.

  3. Fold in 250g Nutella. mix until all the egg and Nutella is combined.

  4. Spoon mixture into the cake pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. 

  5. Cool cake in pan entirely cut into 2 equal pieces, apply 50g Nutella onto the 1st layer, again apply 50g Nutella onto 2nd layer as icing. 

  6. Decorate with hazelnuts.
