High Protein Breakfast Recipe
4 large eggs
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
5 tbsp green onion
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp grated cheese
2 tbsp oil
2 fresh red chillies
1/2 cup grated cabbage
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup chopped spinach
In a large bowl, add eggs, pepper, salt cheese, milk, spring onion and beat.
Heat the oil in the pan, once the oil is warm add in red chillies, spring onion and sauté.
Now add cabbage, carrot, salt and sauté.
Cover and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Add the spinach and sauté, then add the beaten eggs mixture and spread evenly.
Cover and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat or until eggs are nearly set.
Remove the lid, stir and cook on low heat until eggs are completely set.
