Banana Oat Pancakes (No Sugar) Healthy Breakfast
Yields: 5 to 6
Ingredients:
3 eggs 1 ripe banana (mashed)
30g oats (ground into flour)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Olive oil
Honey (optional)
Berries
Method:
In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
Mix in the oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon powder. Stir until smooth.
Add the eggs and whisk until a smooth batter forms.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Lightly grease if needed.
Pour small amounts of batter into the pan to form pancakes.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
Serve warm with fresh fruit, or a drizzle of honey (optional).
