Banana Oat Pancakes (No Sugar) Healthy Breakfast

Yields: 5 to 6



Ingredients: 



  • 3 eggs 1 ripe banana (mashed) 

  • 30g oats (ground into flour) 

  • 1 tsp baking powder 

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

  • Olive oil 

  • Honey (optional)  

  • Berries



Method: 



  1. In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth. 

  2. Mix in the oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon powder. Stir until smooth.  

  3. Add the eggs and whisk until a smooth batter forms. 

  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. 

  5. Lightly grease if needed. 

  6. Pour small amounts of batter into the pan to form pancakes. 

  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook the other side until golden. 

  8. Serve warm with fresh fruit, or a drizzle of honey (optional).
