High-Protein Breakfast | Weight-Loss Wellness Bowl

Ingredients:  



  • 200g Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for dairy-free option) 

  • 100g mixed berries (e.g., blueberries, strawberries, raspberries) 

  • 1 teaspoon flaxseeds 20g almonds (chopped or whole) 

  • 1 tablespoon honey 

  • 1 teaspoon coconut flakes 

  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)  



Method: 



  1. In a serving bowl, add the mixed berries. 

  2. Add flaxseeds, chopped almonds, and coconut flakes. 

  3. Pour Greek or coconut yoghurt.

  4. Drizzle honey over the top. 

  5. Serve chilled and enjoy your nourishing bowl.
