200g Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for dairy-free option)
100g mixed berries (e.g., blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
1 teaspoon flaxseeds 20g almonds (chopped or whole)
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon coconut flakes
Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Method:
In a serving bowl, add the mixed berries.
Add flaxseeds, chopped almonds, and coconut flakes.
Pour Greek or coconut yoghurt.
Drizzle honey over the top.
Serve chilled and enjoy your nourishing bowl.
