Ragi Dosa | Healthy Diabetic Friendly Ragi Dosa Recipe | Finger Millet Healthy Breakfast Recipe


  • ½ cup urad dal

  • 1 ½ cup ragi flour/finger millet

  • ¼ soda

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 cups water

  • Oil


  1. 1/2 cup washed & soaked urad dal (soaked at least 1 hour).

  2. Add ½ cup water and grind.

  3. Add ½ cup water mix well then add soda, salt, and ragi flour mix it well again.

  4. Then add 1 cup water mix well until well combined.

  5. The batter should be pouring consistency.

  6. Heat atawa, pour the batter & spread it in circular motion

  7. Drizzle some oil  cook for about 30 sec & flip, 

  8. Flip it over to the other side cook for 30 seconds.

  9. Serve hot with coconut chutney
