Ragi Dosa | Healthy Diabetic Friendly Ragi Dosa Recipe | Finger Millet Healthy Breakfast Recipe
½ cup urad dal
1 ½ cup ragi flour/finger millet
Salt to taste
2 cups water
1/2 cup washed & soaked urad dal (soaked at least 1 hour).
Add ½ cup water and grind.
Add ½ cup water mix well then add soda, salt, and ragi flour mix it well again.
Then add 1 cup water mix well until well combined.
The batter should be pouring consistency.
Heat atawa, pour the batter & spread it in circular motion
Drizzle some oil cook for about 30 sec & flip,
Flip it over to the other side cook for 30 seconds.
Serve hot with coconut chutney
