Instant Wheat Dosa | Crispy Atta Dosa | Indian Wheat Pancake


  • 100g wheat flour

  • 25g rice flour

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 150 ml water approx


  1. In a large bowl add wheat flour, baking soda, salt and rice flour, mix well.

  2. Now add water little by little, and mix everything well, without any lumps.

  3. The batter should be pouring consistency.

  4. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat, pour ladleful of batter & spread evenly.

  5. Drizzle some oil and cook the dosa on medium heat until its base becomes golden brown and crisp.

  6. Flip the dosa and cook for 30 seconds. Serve hot with coconut chutney
