3/4 finger millet/ragi flour
Salt to taste
5 cup water
1 red onion
1 green chilli
2 cups buttermilk
In a large bowl, add finger millet, salt, water and mix it well.
Boil the water in a saucepan and then add millet batter.
Cook over low heat, stirring continuously for 5 minutes or until done.
Turn off the stove and let it cool down completely.
Now add in finely chopped onion, green chilli, coriander and mix it well.
Next, add buttermilk and mix it well.
Fill the glasses and serve immediately.
