Lamb Seekh Kabab Without Oven | Grilled Seekh Kebab


  • 1/2 kg lamb mince

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder

  • 1/4 tsp black salt

  • 1/4 tsp garam masala

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 green chilli (finely chopped)

  • 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste

  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 medium-sized onion (finely chopped)

  • Some fresh coriander


  1. In a large bowl mix all the above ingrediants well.

  2. Divide the lamb mixture into eight equal portions.

  3. Shape it each portion like a sausage around a skewer tightly. Repeat with remaining skewers.

  4. Cook on a grill for 15-20 minutes over medium heat, turning every 2 minutes to ensure even cooking.

Serve with a wedge of lemon and fresh mint chutney.
