Juicy and Finger Licking Honey Glazed Lamb Chops Recipe
6 lamb chops
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 - 4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
4 tbsp garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tbsp paprika powder
1 tsp salt
3 cups of water
Combine the soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, sweet chilli sauce, garlic, paprika powder, and 1/2 tsp in a small bowl.
Mix well, and keep that aside.
In a pan, pour in the water, place the lamb chops.
Add 1/2 tsp salt, cover and cook on medium-high heat for 10 - 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, remove the lamb from the pan.
Now pour in the sauce mixture and mix well. Place the lamb again in the pan and cook on medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
Flip the lamb chops, and cook until done.
Garnish with chopped spring onion, if desired.
