Turkey Bird Mince Kabab | This Air-Fryer Recipe Tastes Amazing
Servings - 5 to 6
Ingredients:
500 g minced turkey or chicken
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
2 tablespoons coriander, finely chopped
2 tablespoons mint, finely chopped
1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
1½ teaspoons garam masala
1½ teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon dry mango powder
1 to 1¼ teaspoons salt or to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon oil
Method:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients well until the mixture becomes slightly sticky.
Rest the mixture in the fridge for 15-30 minutes. (helps holding shape).
Spread the mixture evenly on parchment paper.
Cut into long, thick strips using a knife or spatula.
Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C for 3 minutes.
Place the strips in the airfyer basket.
Air-fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Note: For slight browning, cook 2 minutes at 200 °C at the end.
Brush with butter or ghee, sprinkle chaat masala, and serve with mint chutney and onion rings.
