Turkey Bird Mince Kabab | This Air-Fryer Recipe Tastes Amazing

Servings - 5 to 6



Ingredients:  



  • 500 g minced turkey or chicken 

  • 1 onion, finely chopped 

  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 

  • 2 tablespoons coriander, finely chopped 

  • 2 tablespoons mint, finely chopped 

  • 1-2 green chillies, finely chopped 

  • 1½ teaspoons garam masala 

  • 1½ teaspoon cumin powder 

  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder 

  • ½ teaspoon turmeric  

  • ½ teaspoon chilli powder  

  • ½ teaspoon paprika 

  • ½ teaspoon dry mango powder 

  • 1 to 1¼ teaspoons salt or to taste 

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 

  • 1 tablespoon oil    



Method:  



  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients well until the mixture becomes slightly sticky. 

  2. Rest the mixture in the fridge for 15-30 minutes. (helps holding shape). 

  3. Spread the mixture evenly on parchment paper. 

  4. Cut into long, thick strips using a knife or spatula. 

  5. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C for 3 minutes. 

  6. Place the strips in the airfyer basket. 

  7. Air-fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway. 

  8. Note: For slight browning, cook 2 minutes at 200 °C at the end. 

  9. Brush with butter or ghee, sprinkle chaat masala, and serve with mint chutney and onion rings.
