Pineapple Kesari Bath | Sheera Recipe | Rava Kesari Bath | Sooji Halwa

1 cup fine semolina or regular semolina
1 cup canned pineapple
10 cashews, chopped
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp ghee
1/4 cup oil
Orange food colour, as required
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups milk
Mix milk, water, food colour, cardamom powder, and keep that aside.
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp ghee and add cashew raisins and roast on medium-low heat until they turn golden brown and remove them from the pan.
Add oil, semolina, roast well on medium-low heat in a pan until it turns fragrant and crispy.
Now, add milk mixture and sugar, medium-low heat.
Stir continuously until the semolina absorbs all the liquid without forming any lumps.
Add pineapple, roasted cashew, raisins, and 2 tbsp ghee.
Mix gently and simmer for 1 minute.
Enjoy the pineapple kesari bath hot or at room temperature.
