Paan Ice Cream | Betel Leaves Ice Cream


  • 4 to 5 large Paan leaves (Betel leaves)

  • 5 to 6 Cherries or Dates

  • 2 tbsp Gulkand or to taste

  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar or to taste

  • 200g Fresh cream

  • 250 ml Whipping cream


  1. Tear the leaves into small pieces.  

  2. Add paan leaves, cherries, gulkand, powder sugar, and 2 tbsp whipping cream in a blender.

  3. Grind coarsely and keep that aside.  

  4. In a large bowl, add fresh cream beat for a minute, add whipping cream, and beat for 2 to 3 minutes.  

  5. Add the paan paste and beat until well combined.  

  6. Transfer the ice cream into a dish and freezer overnight.  

  7. Scoop the pan ice cream into the serving bowl & garnish with cherries.
