Paan Ice Cream | Betel Leaves Ice Cream
4 to 5 large Paan leaves (Betel leaves)
5 to 6 Cherries or Dates
2 tbsp Gulkand or to taste
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar or to taste
200g Fresh cream
250 ml Whipping cream
Tear the leaves into small pieces.
Add paan leaves, cherries, gulkand, powder sugar, and 2 tbsp whipping cream in a blender.
Grind coarsely and keep that aside.
In a large bowl, add fresh cream beat for a minute, add whipping cream, and beat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the paan paste and beat until well combined.
Transfer the ice cream into a dish and freezer overnight.
Scoop the pan ice cream into the serving bowl & garnish with cherries.
