Mango Mastani | Desi Flavor Ice Cream with Mango Syrup


  • 2 cups ripe Mango

  • 3 - 4 tbsp Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Chilled Milk

  • 6 scoops Ice Cream

  • Mongo pieces & Cherry for Garnishing


  1. Wash and cut the mangos into the cubes.

  2. Blend the mango, milk and sugar into a very smooth paste.

  3. Add 1 scoop ice cream and pour the milkshake into a glass up to 3/4.

  4. Place 2 more scoops ice cream on it, garnish with mango pieces and cherry.

  5. Serve immediately.
