Onion Chutney in 10 Minutes


  • 1 tbsp oil 2 large onions

  •  4- 5 garlic cloves 

  • 8 - 10 red chillies 

  • 2 tomatoes 

  • Salt to taste 

  • 4 tbsp shredded coconut   


  1. In a pan, heat the oil, then add chopped onions and sauté. 

  2. Next, add in the garlic, red chillies and sauté for 2 minutes. 

  3. Now add tomatoes and salt, mix well. 

  4. Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender. 

  5. Once done with cooking, then let it cool down completely.  

  6. In a blender add coconut, onion mixture and blend smooth.
