Onion Chutney in 10 Minutes
1 tbsp oil 2 large onions
4- 5 garlic cloves
8 - 10 red chillies
Salt to taste
4 tbsp shredded coconut
In a pan, heat the oil, then add chopped onions and sauté.
Next, add in the garlic, red chillies and sauté for 2 minutes.
Now add tomatoes and salt, mix well.
Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender.
Once done with cooking, then let it cool down completely.
In a blender add coconut, onion mixture and blend smooth.
