Oregano Lemon Chicken
30 ml of oil
1 kg of chicken
Salt to taste
20 ml of lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp oregano
Chilli powder (optional)
Some spring onion
Heat oil in a pan, add the chicken, salt and lemon juice.
Cover and cook the chicken for about 10 minutes.
Then add garlic powder, chilli flakes, oregano and mix well.
Again cover the lid and cook the chicken for 10 minutes or until the chicken turns brown in colour.
Add some spring onion and serve hot.
