Leftover Chicken Wings Recipe

Servings - 2 


  • 2 teaspoons oil 

  • 1 large red onion    

  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 

  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers   

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder 

  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup 

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce 

  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon vinegar 

  • 300g leftover chicken wings  

  • Green onion    


  1. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions in the hot oil for 2 minutes. 

  2. Stir in ginger garlic paste and cook briefly. 

  3. Add bell peppers to the pan and cook for 1 minute. 

  4. Then, add salt, pepper, chilli powder, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, and vinegar.

  5. Combine everything. 

  6. Add the leftover chicken wings to the pan and mix well. 

  7. Toss in some spring onions, mix once more, and serve hot.
