Capsicum and Cheese Omelette Breakfast Recipe
Servings - 6
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp milk
1 large red onion, finely chopped
1 capsicum, finely chopped
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Shredded mozzarella cheese
In a large bowl, add flour and milk. Mix without any lumps.
Add eggs into the bowl, then whisk well.
Add onion, capsicum, chilli flakes, salt, pepper, and combine well.
Heat the nonstick pan and drizzle some oil.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and reduce the heat.
Cover and cook on low heat for about 3 - 4 minutes or until the omelette is done.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle the cheese.
Cover and let the cheese melt.
Carefully slide the omelette onto a plate and garnish it with chopped capsicum.
Serve warm omelette with bread toast.
