Kerala Style Banana Dosa Breakfast Recipe | Banana Pancake

1 large ripe banana
1 cup rice flour
1/3 cup all-purpose flour (Maida)
1/4 cup jaggery powder or to taste
2 tbsp cashew powder
A pinch of salt
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp dry ginger powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
Add banana, rice flour, all-purpose flour, jaggery powder, cashew powder, salt, cardamom powder, dry ginger powder, coconut milk and water in a blender.
Blend into a smooth and thick batter.
Transfer to a bowl and mix the batter well.
Heat a nonstick pan, and pour a ladle full of batter on the hot pan.
Cook for a minute and add some ghee.
Flip the dosa, and cook for a minute on the other side.
Serve the Kerala Style banana dosa recipe as a snack, dessert or breakfast.
