VEGAN and GLUTEN-FREE Falafel Snack | Easy and Very Crispy FALAFEL RECIPE

11/2 cup dried chickpeas, soaked overnight
5 garlic cloves
1 large onion, roughly chopped
4 green chillies
Salt to taste
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp crushed pepper
1/4 cardamom powder
Coriander, as required
Parsley, as required
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup chickpea flour
Oil for frying
Soak the dried chickpeas overnight in water and then drain and rinse.
Add the chickpeas, garlic, onion, chillies, salt, cumin, pepper, cardamom, coriander, and parsley in a blender.
Grind the ingredients coarsely and transfer the mixture into a large bowl.
Now, add the baking soda and chickpea flour.
Stir together, cover and refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, scoop the falafel mixture and form it into balls.
Heat the oil and deep fry the falafel for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden.
Serve the falafel immediately.
