Tofu Recipe | Vegan and Perfect Meat Substitute | Serve This Tofu as Snack or Side Dish or Starter

1 1/4 tsp chilli powder
1 1/4 tsp garam masala
1 1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp ginger - garlic paste
Salt to taste
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp lemon juice + 1 tsp extra lemon juice
1 red onion
1 green bell pepper
Cut tofu as desired and keep that aside.
In a large bowl, add tofu,1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp coriander powder, ginger - garlic paste, salt to taste and 2 tbsp lemon juice.
Gently mix the tofu with species and rest it for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a heavy bottom pan.
Arrange the tofu pieces so that all the pieces touch the bottom of the pan.
Brown them on all sides on medium-high heat and transfer.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil, add onion and sauté for a minute.
Then add green bell pepper and sauté for a minute.
Add salt, 1/4 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala and 1 tsp lemon juice.
Mix well and cook for a minute.
Finally, add tofu and cook for a minute.
