Mozzarella Balls | Fried Cheese Balls | Potato Cheese Balls Recipe Without Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup corn starch
1 tsp freshly ground chilli flakes
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
1/2 cup water
100g mozzarella cheese
2 boiled potato
1/4 cup mixed bell pepper
Add all-purpose flour, corn starch 1/2 tsp freshly ground chilli flakes, oregano, garlic powder, and salt, in a large bowl, mix well.
Now add water and mix well and keep that aside.
Next, chop the mozzarella cheese into small pieces.
Add boiled and mashed potato and mixed bell pepper, mozzarella, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, salt, and mix well in another bowl.
Make small gooseberry sized balls and keep them ready.
Dip and coat the mozzarella balls with the batter.
Drop the balls in the hot oil, stir gently and fry them until golden brown.
Drain onto a kitchen paper.
