Salmon With Dill Cream Sauce & Roasted Green Beans


  • 2 pieces of salmon

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 tbsp onion 

  • 1 tbsp garlic

  • 150g green beans

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • ¼ cup  cream (If you want you can use more cream)

  • 1 tbsp dill


  1. Coat salmon with olive oil, salt & pepper on both the sides.

  2. Let it sit for 5 mins.

  3. Heat the pan and melt the butter.

  4. Add chopped onion and garlic saute for a min.

  5. Place the salmon and cook until golden brown.

  6. Flip and add some salt & pepper, cream, lemon juice and dill.

  7. Gently coat and cook the salmon. Remove & Place on serving plate.

  8. Then add beans in the same pan, coat and cook for 3 to 5 mins.
