Salmon With Dill Cream Sauce & Roasted Green Beans
2 pieces of salmon
1 tsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp onion
1 tbsp garlic
150g green beans
1 tsp lemon juice
¼ cup cream (If you want you can use more cream)
1 tbsp dill
Coat salmon with olive oil, salt & pepper on both the sides.
Let it sit for 5 mins.
Heat the pan and melt the butter.
Add chopped onion and garlic saute for a min.
Place the salmon and cook until golden brown.
Flip and add some salt & pepper, cream, lemon juice and dill.
Gently coat and cook the salmon. Remove & Place on serving plate.
Then add beans in the same pan, coat and cook for 3 to 5 mins.
