Prawn Pasta With Garlic | Easy Dinner
Servings - 3
1 tablespoon butter
300g peeled prawns
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
250g pasta or noodles
1 - 2 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 tbsp chilli flakes
Tomato sauce to taste (I used Asian tomato sauce)
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan, then add the prawns.
Evenly distribute them and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the prawns until they turn pink, then set them aside.
In a pot, bring water and salt to a boil.
Add pasta or noodles and cook as per the package instructions.
Reserve one cup of cooked pasta water and drain the rest.
Melt another tablespoon of butter in the pan.
Sauté garlic for 2 minutes until toasted, then add chili flakes and stir.
Incorporate tomato sauce followed by the reserved pasta water.
Cook for a minute, then introduce the cooked prawns and pasta.
Mix everything well, garnish with spring onions, and serve hot.
