Quick & Easy Spicy Pan Fried Noodles in 15 Minutes

Servings - 2


  • 300g noodles  

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce 

  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce 

  • 1 tbsp chilli oil 

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil 

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar 

  • 1 tbsp vegetable stock powder 

  • 1/4 cup water 

  • 1 tbsp oil 

  • 2-3 red chillies, chopped 

  • 1 tbsp garlic, chopped 

  • 1/4 cup green onion (white part) 

  • 1 cup bean sprouts 

  • Green onion  


  1. Prepare noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside. 

  2. Combine soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chilli oil, sesame oil, sugar, vegetable stock powder and water in a bowl until well mixed. 

  3. In a pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. 

  4. Once hot, add red chillies and garlic, sauté for a minute. 

  5. Next, add the white part of the green onion and sauté for a minute. 

  6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and pour in the sauce, ensuring all noodles are coated. 

  7. Increase heat to high. 

  8. Add bean sprouts and sauté on high heat for 2 minutes.

  9. Finally, add the remaining green onion and sauté for 2 minutes on high heat.
