Paneer Mint Tikka | Grill Pan Paneer Tikka


  • 250g paneer

  • 20 to 25 mint leaves

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tbsp yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp gram flour

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 3 green chillies

  • 4 to 5 garlic cloves

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1-inch ginger


  1. Grind mint leaves, ginger, garlic, chilli along with the yoghurt into a very fine paste.

  2. Transfer the paste to a bowl,  add garam masala, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well.

  3. Cut the paneer into 3/4- inch slices, dip and coat the paneer.  Marinate the paneer at least 30 mins.

  4. Heat oil the on a nonstick grill pan and fry the paneer on medium heat. Flip and cook both the sides evenly.
