Pan Fried Lamb Chops | How to cook lamb chops
2 tsp chili flakes + 1/2 tsp
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 pieces of lamb chops
150g green beans
In a bowl mix chili flakes, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, 2 tbsp oil, and lemon juice.
Rub spice mixture evenly on both the sides of the lamb chops.
Cover & refrigerate at least 30 mins (I kept that in the refrigerate for 2 hours).
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add the lamb and cook 1 minute on each side.
Then reduce the heat to low cover & cook 5 minutes on each side or until it's done.
Remove the lamb and keep that aside. (cover with the foil).
In the same pan add carrots, beans, some salt, and chili flakes.
Cover & cook for 3-4 minutes or until its done. Serve immediately.
