Sautéed Garlic Kale with Parmesan | Healthy Kale Recipe
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp garlic, chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice1/4 tsp chilli flakes
Some Parmesan cheese
Clean, wash and chop the kale.
Heat olive oil and add sesame seeds. sauté.
Add garlic and sauté, then add kale.
Add salt, mix the kale and coat with oil. Then add chilli flakes, mix and cover — Cook for 5minute of on medium heat.
Add lemon juice and mix.
Sprinkle some parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
