Paneer Bhurji Masala | Paneer Bhurji Gravy Recipe | how to make dhaba style paneer bhurji gravy
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Ginger - Garlic Paste
2 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 cup Tomato Purée
Salt to taste
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 cup Pre-cooked Chickpeas
1 1/2 cups Crumbled Paneer
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Heat ghee in a pan, then add cumin seeds.
Let the cumin crack, add chopped onions and cook for a few minutes or until they turn translucent.
Then add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a few seconds.
Now add in the coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
Sauté the spices until they turn aromatic for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
Add Tomato puree and salt, mix well.
Now add bell pepper, mix well and cook for 1 minute.
Add chickpeas, mix and cover. Cook for 2 minutes, then add the crumbled paneer and mix the ingredients well, until the paneer is well coated with the spices.
Add lemon juice and coriander. Mix gently and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with poori, idli, set dosa, chapati.
