Coloured Cauliflower | Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

3 small coloured cauliflower or regular cauliflower
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp paprika powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
Rinse the cauliflower head and pat dry, and cut off the stem.
Fill the water in the pot and place the trimmed cauliflower.
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, cook for 5 to 6 minutes and remove them.
Add butter, olive oil, oregano, paprika powder, garlic, and mix in a small bowl.
Now add salt and lemon juice, mix well.
Transfer the cauliflower to a roasting pan and spread with paprika butter.
Roast at 180 C for 20-25 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and pierces easily with a knife or fork.
