Coloured Cauliflower | Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

Servings - 3


  • 3 small coloured cauliflower or regular cauliflower 

  • 2 tbsp butter 

  • 1 tbsp olive oil 

  • 1 tbsp oregano 

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic 

  • 1 tbsp paprika powder 

  • Salt to taste 

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice  


  1. Rinse the cauliflower head and pat dry, and cut off the stem. 

  2. Fill the water in the pot and place the trimmed cauliflower. 

  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, cook for 5 to 6 minutes and remove them. 

  4. Add butter, olive oil, oregano, paprika powder, garlic, and mix in a small bowl.  

  5. Now add salt and lemon juice, mix well. 

  6. Transfer the cauliflower to a roasting pan and spread with paprika butter. 

  7. Roast at 180 C for 20-25 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and pierces easily with a knife or fork.
