Easy and Cheesy Baked Chicken Breast with Cheese | Dinner Recipe
1 cup cheddar cheese
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 tbsp oregano
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Salt to taste
Add cheddar cheese, pepper, garlic, oregano, chilli flakes, salt, and mix well in a bowl.
Take the sweet peppers, chop off the stem and cut open them lengthwise.
Now, discard the core and fill the cheese mixture into the sweet peppers and cover them.
Next, cut and create the pocket in the centre of each chicken breast.
Sprinkle pepper, salt and garlic, place the stuffed sweet pepper.
Once all chicken pieces are ready, secure with a metal skewer.
Sprinkle some cheese mixture over the chicken.
Bake at 220° C for 20 minutes or until done.
