Deviled Eggs | Quick & Tasty Classic Deviled Eggs


  • ​4 hard-boiled eggs 

  • 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise

  • Salt (optional)

  • Some  paprika powder

  • 2 tbsp spring onion (white part)

  • Spring onion for garnish

  • Chilli powder for garnish


  1. Crack egg shells and carefully peel under cool running water. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise, removing yolks and placing the whites on a plate. Mash the egg yolks, mayonnaise, paprika, spring onion, and salt using a fork, mix well.

  2. Evenly disperse heaping teaspoons of the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Garnish with green onion and chilli powder. 

Serve as a starter.
