Deviled Eggs | Quick & Tasty Classic Deviled Eggs
4 hard-boiled eggs
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
Some paprika powder
2 tbsp spring onion (white part)
Spring onion for garnish
Chilli powder for garnish
Crack egg shells and carefully peel under cool running water. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise, removing yolks and placing the whites on a plate. Mash the egg yolks, mayonnaise, paprika, spring onion, and salt using a fork, mix well.
Evenly disperse heaping teaspoons of the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Garnish with green onion and chilli powder.
Serve as a starter.
