Chicken Wings Manchurian | Manchurian Indochinese
1 kg of chicken wings (Store bought)
50 ml oil (Shallow fry)
1 ½ tsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tbsp oil
2 red onions
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
3 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp chilli powder
Some spring onions
Heat 50 ml oil in a wok and shallow fry the chicken wings until it gets brown spots all over then remove from the wok.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a different wok or use the same wok,
add ginger garlic paste and sauté.
Add onions and sauté it for a minute.
Then add salt, tomato ketchup, soya sauce and chilli powder.
Mix well and then add fried chicken, mix everything until well combined.
Add some spring onion, mix and serve hot with ketchup or chilli sauce.
