Boneless Chicken Starter Recipe - Sweet Chilli Garlic Chicken
Servings - 2
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup sweet chilli garlic sauce
1/4 cup oil
Roasted black sesame seeds
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, place the chicken pieces evenly.
Cook for 2 minutes on the first side without disturbing.
Flip and cook for 2 minutes on the other side or until it is cooked.
Once the chicken is ready, it should look deep golden brown.
Transfer the chicken onto the serving plate.
Sprinkle with some roasted back sesame seed and garnish with spring onion.
