Chicken Nuggets Recipe

Servings - 4 


  • 4 slices of bread 

  • 500g ground chicken 

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce 

  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder 

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder 

  • Oil  

For coating: 

  • 1 egg 

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder 

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 

  • 1 tablespoon milk 

  • Panko bread crumbs  


  1. Grind the bread slices into powder and set aside. 

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, garlic powder, pepper powder, salt, and milk. 

  3. In a larger bowl, mix the ground chicken with soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper powder, and paprika powder.  

  4. Let it sit for five minutes. 

  5. Gently flatten the chicken mixture and cut it into desired shapes. 

  6. Dip each chicken piece in the egg mixture, then coat it with panko bread crumbs, shaking off any excess crumbs. 

  7. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. 

  8. Fry the chicken nuggets in the hot oil for 6 to 7 minutes or until they turn golden brown and crispy. 

  9. Remove from oil and drain excess oil on paper towels. 

  10. Serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce, and enjoy!
