No Oven, No Egg, No Flour, No Sugar Chocolate Cake | Triple Layer Chocolate Cake Without Oven
2 to 3 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp Agar Agar
1/2 cup Heavy Cream + 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
250g Dark Chocolate
Remove the cream filling from oreo and keep that aside.
Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs and add melted butter and mix well.
Press firmly onto bottom of a 6-inch springform pan and refrigerate for 15 mins or until set.
Mix Agar Agar with 1 tbsp cream without any lumps. Then add the remaining cream, mix well and microwave that for 30 to 40 secs.
Add the cream filling into the Agar Agar mixture, mix well and pour that onto chilled oreo base.
Refrigerate for 30 mins or until set.
Melt chocolate with 1/2 cup of heavy cream in a microwave for 30 to 40 secs and keep that ready.
Add the chocolate mixture onto chilled Agar Agar.
(Before adding chocolate mixture, make sure the Agar Agar is set).
Sprinkle some oreo crust and refrigerate until chocolate is set.
