Instant Neer Dosa | Neer Dose

1 cup rice flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup coconut milk
Water as required
In a bowl, combine the rice flour, salt, coconut, and water.
Mix well and make a smooth batter.
The consistency should be thin and pourable. (Buttermilk consistency).
Once the batter is ready, let it rest for about 15 - 20 minutes.
Heat a non-stick or cast-iron skillet on medium heat.
Take a ladleful of batter and pour it onto the centre of the skillet.
Drizzle a little oil around the edges of the dosa and on top.
Cook the dosa covered until the edges start to turn golden brown and crispy.
Fold the dosa in half and remove it from the skillet.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make more dosas.
Serve the neer dosa hot with chutney or sambar.
