Pomegranate Lassi Recipe - Indian Yogurt Drink

Pomegranate lassi is a delicious and healthy yoghurt-based Indian drink. Pomegranate lassi is a refreshing recipe to cool you down on a hot Day. 


Servings - 2


  • 1 cup pomegranate 

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar or honey or jaggery   

  • A pinch of salt 

  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder 

  • 1 cup plain yoghurt 

  • 1/4 cup water  


  1. Add pomegranate, brown sugar, salt, cardamom powder, yoghurt, and water to a blender. 

  2. Blend the pomegranate smooth and strain. 

  3. In a serving glass, add ice cubes and pomegranate kernels. 

  4. Pour the lassi and garnish with pomegranate kernels. 

  5. Serve chilled.
