BREAD POP TARTS | Easiest Homemade Pop Tarts | Strawberry Pop Tarts
12 bread slices
6 tbsp strawberry jam
4 tbsp milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 180 C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out each bread with a rolling pin and cut them into 2×3 inch rectangles.
Soak the bread edges with some milk.
Add 1 tablespoon of jam to the centre of 6 bread slices and then top with other 6 slices bread rectangle.
Seal the edges of all 4 sides of the pop tarts.
Bake them for 10-12 minutes or until the pop tarts are a light golden brown.
Let them cool down completely.
In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth.
Spoon the glaze over each pop tart and add sprinkles.
Let them sit until the glaze set.
