Crispy Baby Potatoes Recipe | Smashed Potato

400g baby potatoes
1 tsp oregano
Salt to taste
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp paprika powder
2 tbsp garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Clean potatoes and pour the water into a large pot.
Add the cleaned potatoes and bring them to a boil.
Let the potatoes cook until just tender.
Drain the water and keep that aside.
Gently press down on each potato with a glass or fork, breaking the skin and smashing them slightly.
Add potatoes, oregano, salt, chilli flakes, paprika powder, garlic cloves, olive oil, parmesan cheese, and combine well in a large bowl.
Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet and distribute them evenly.
Bake at 180 C for 15 to 20 minutes or until crispy.
